UPDATE FROM ROCK LAKE CAMP – NO CAMP THIS SUMMER
Rock Lake United Church Camp, Inc. is sorry to announce that it will NOT OPEN for camping sessions for the summer of 2023. This closure is due to staffing issues and a shortage of volunteers and Board members. The Camp will still be open for rental opportunities, both weekday and week-end, in the interim. Please click on “Rent the Camp” on the green drop-down menu above. Any registration payments already received will be completely refunded.
Rock Lake United Church Camp, Inc. (RLUCC) is needing Board or committee members to be part of our RLUCC Board. As a member, you would be involved in ensuring that RLUCC runs smoothly, with such assigned responsibilities as Finance, Administration, Staff Recruitment and Hiring, Communications, Program Leadership and Special Projects.
The Board meets once a month throughout the year. During the summer months we are more involved when we have weekly camping sessions for the youth, as well as rentals for weekends and special events.
If you don’t have the time to commit to being a Board or committee member but would like to help out, you could still submit your name for occasional, one-time projects such as food preparation, grounds or building maintenance, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We would really like you to be part of this exciting, rewarding and worthy Board by calling Dave Manning, Chairman of the RLUCC Board at 204-825-8235.

Our mission is to provide a camping environment which encourages freedom to learn about Christian Faith and growth, within a fun, caring and safe community.
We encourage this by offering activities, games and worship providing leadership opportunities where campers learn:
- to conserve and preserve God’s creation
- about acceptance of self and others
- to develop friendships.
The camping program is run by dedicated full-time staff supported by counsellors. Together they create a warm, fun-filled atmosphere where campers of all denominations and non-religious background are able to enjoy the outdoors and grow spiritually.
GLORY TO GOD, WHOSE POWER, WORKING IN US, CAN DO INFINITELY MORE THAN WE CAN ASK OR IMAGINE AT ROCK LAKE UNITED CHURCH CAMP!
