Notice: Summer 2024 Camp Sessions Cancelled

We regret to announce the cancellation of all summer 2024 camp sessions due to a shortage of key staff. Consequently, we will not be accepting job applications or registrations. For those who have already registered, all registration fees will be refunded promptly. Stay tuned for updates via our website and Facebook page.

BE A CAMPER

The camping program is run by dedicated full-time staff supported by counsellors. Together they create a warm, fun-filled atmosphere where campers of all denominations and non-religious background are able to enjoy the outdoors and grow spiritually.

We have a variety of different camps for kids aged 4 to 15, and leadership opportunities for teens 14 and over. Camperships are available to anybody who may require financial assistance, either through the Sunshine Fund or Rock Lake Camp’s Campership program. If you would like to support our campership program:

MANITOBA CAMPING ASSOCIATION – SUNSHINE FUND

The MCA is a registered charity that collects donations through the Sunshine Fund every year to provide children from low-income families the opportunity to attend one of our accredited camps.

For almost 40 years the MCA has worked with the Winnipeg Free Press creating and maintaining the Sunshine Fund which has provided more than 22,000 children the opportunity to attend camp. While the Association has impacted the lives of many children since its inception, there are more children that require our support each year.
